Charter Realty & Development is pleased to announce that it has secured a 26,883 SF lease for HomeSense at the Orange Meadows Shopping Center in Orange, CT. The center is located on Route 1 and is owned and operated by Urstadt Biddle Properties, Inc.
Orange Meadows Shopping Center is a 78,000 SF regional center and is anchored by Trader Joes, L.L. Bean Outlet, and Talbot’s Outlet.
HomeSense offers a shopping experience that complements its sister retail banner, HomeGoods, with expanded departments such as large-scale furniture, lighting and art, as well as new departments like a general store.
Charter has completed more than 40 leases with TJX, the parent company of TJMaxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, HomeSense, and Sierra Trading Company.
HomeSense is expected to open in the Orange Meadows Shopping Center in 2020.
