Charter Realty & Development Corp. Leases 35,000 Square Feet to Pat Catan’s Craft Centers – Mt. Vernon, OH
Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has leased 35,000 square feet to Pat Catan’s Craft Centers in Mt. Vernon, OH. The craft store will become part of the Knox Village Square and will open this summer. The store will be joining JCPenney, Kmart, Peebles Department Store and a host of other stores.
Pat Catan’s started its chain in 1954 and today has 20 stores located throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. The stores offer crafts supplies, floral decorations, along with art & jewelry making supplies.
Knox Village Square is a 207,409 square foot shopping center located on Coshocton Avenue. There is still some space available for rent including a pad, as well as other in-line stores.
Charter currently leases or owns over 14,000,000 square feet of centers throughout the east coast.
