Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has leased 34,000 square feet to Ultimate Electronics in Walden Village in Cheektowaga, NY. Ultimate will be joining Burlington Coat Factory in the 209,199 square foot shopping center located on Walden Avenue across from the Walden Gallery outside of Buffalo. In addition to Ultimate Electronics there will be 70,000 square feet of anchor space left. Ultimate Electronics has about 34 stores in 10 states and is entering the Northeast. This deal was co-broked by Vanguard Fine.
Charter currently leases or owns over 14,900,000 square feet throughout the East Coast.
