Charlene Sessa is a highly motivated, seasoned assistant to the firm and has been with Zelco Properties & Development since 2010. Charlene’s Real estate background began with her family-owned commercial properties as well as working for several years as manager of a Norwalk based real estate firm. This experience has helped Charlene to become a great asset to Zelco.

Charlene holds a Real Estate license in Connecticut and has direct involvement in marketing various properties within Zelco’s portfolio.  Charlene maintains Zelco’s website and is responsible for much of the email marketing materials generated by the company on behalf of its clients.

Charlene, a lifelong Connecticut resident, currently resides in Fairfield County.
