For freestanding, single tenant locations:

• 1+ usable acres preferred

• 15,000+ SF preferred on one or two floors, with outdoor space for play area

• Sufficient parking for staff that meets code requirements
For multi-tenant and urban locations:

•15,000+ SF preferred with outdoor space for play area or public playground in close proximity

• First floor (minimum 5,000 SF) or combination of first and second floors

• Access to sufficient parking for staff that meets code requirements
